secondary genders don’t usually pose as a problem for most people. they are instincts, urges within them that they could easily suppress. though, a little few are different. their secondary overpowers their principal, forcing them to do on their primitive instincts with little to no control.
as it turns out, katsuki just so happened to be doomed with this lack of control.
or,
after a crude physical exam, katsuki bakugou is diagnosed as pure-dominant omega. his omegan instincts are robust and uncontrollable, often overbearing. all his life, he was unable to mate with or merely inhale the pheromones of an alpha without being sent into a whole planet of pain. his omega craves something else.
that something just so happens to be izuku midoriya, a prime enigma with cock so long and a knot so huge, even other dominant-omegas couldn’t receive him or his aggression.
but katsuki is different.
at age eighteen, the pure-dominant omega is paired with the hulking, animalistic enigma who just so happens to be twelve years older than him.

Sexual health for queer and bisexual men
Having unprotected penetrative sex is the most likely way to pass on a sexually transmitted infection (STI).
Using a condom helps guard against HIV and lowers the risk of getting many other STIs.
If you’re a man having sex with men (MSM), without condoms and with someone recent, you should have an STI and HIV assess every 3 months, otherwise, it should be at least once a year. This can be done at a sexual health clinic (SHC) or genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic. This is important, as some STIs do not bring about any symptoms.
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis A is a liver infection that's spread by a virus in poo.
Hepatitis A is uncommon in the UK but you can obtain it through sex, including oral-anal sex ("rimming") and giving oral sex after anal sex. MSM with multiple partners are particularly at risk. You can also get it through contaminated food and drink.
Symptoms of hepatitis A can materialize up to 8 weeks after sex and comprise tiredness and feeling sick (nausea).
Hepatitis A is not usually life-threatening and most people make a packed recovery within a couple of months.
